     Since I started SLS Home Inspections as a Kankakee and Bourbonnais home inspector in 2007, I have used my 30+ years of lumber, contractor, and wholesale building materials sales and service experience to help home buyers understand the issues and explain the concerns of their new home. A real estate Home Inspection is an important part of any home sale. We provide every client with same day delivery of a detailed narrative style inspection report (never a checklist style) with an easy to read summary page including digital photos. If the buyers are attendning, (which we recommend) we will review all the photos before we leave so they have an idea of what they will see on the report.

Every client also receives a free copy of "Now That You've Had a Home Inspection", a 96 page guide to preserving the value of your home.

We are also certified for mold and air quality testing. My lab sends the results the same day they receive the samples. We can help you get back your healthy home.

Need radon testing, sewerscope, asbestos or lead paint testing? We can get that set up for your clients.

I will be your building consultant for life, when you stop calling with questions, I'll stop answering them.

If your first deal falls through for any reason, there is a $50 discount for a second inspection of a different home within 45 days after first inspection with the same Realtor.
